Nicole Messer

Nicole Messer, Founder and PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. Messer’s love for horses began at the young age of 10 years old when her father bought her first pony for her 10th birthday. Messer is currently a successful commercial real estate broker. She has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years, a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and served on the Board of Directors for CCIM for five years, three of them as President of the Broward CCIM District.

Messer learned about the equine-assisted therapy world during her commercial real estate days in Miami. The seed was planted, she knew then she wanted to marry her love for horses and serving others in the special needs community. The journey began once she moved to the five-acre parcel in Palm Beach Gardens, which was to be the future home of Unbridled Paths.

“I am so humbled and honored to be leading Unbridled Paths on this incredible journey and very excited to see how God is going to continue to grow the organization to touch hundreds of lives throughout Palm Beach County and beyond”, said Messer about the growth of Unbridled Paths.

Kathy Maddish

Kathy has an lifelong background in managing and training horses. Prior to joining the Unbridled Paths team, Kathy was the manager and lead trainer for a race horse breeding farm for 30 years and managed a private equestrian estate for 11 years. We are thrilled to have Kathy part of the team and manager of our herd.
